Apply for a Card

PCard Application Process:

Step 1 - Send an email to the Corporate Cards General Mailbox (pcard.ap@miami.edu) and request the Purchasing Card

Step 2 - Applicant completes the "Purchasing Card Education - US BANK" CBL in ULearn.

Step 3 - Both applicant and Supervisor sign the PCard Responsibilities Acknowledgement, and submit via email to the Corporate Cards Office with the text, "I accept responsibilities for the use of the PCard". Separate emails are required from each party.

Step 4 - The Corporate Cards office will initiate the request for US Bank to send online application instructions to the applicant via email. 

Step 5 - After approval, the Corporate Cards office will receive the card in 7-10 business days and will notify applicant once the new card is available for pickup.
